General Platform Overview
  1. What is Orange Play?

    • Under your profile, Choose one of the 3 Gaming Internet Bundles that best suits you, and enjoy access to orange play and dedicated internet to enjoy the top games you play.

    • Go Play Daily 1 Egp
    • Go Play Weekly: 3 Egp.
    • Go Play Monthly: 10 Egp.
  4. How can I unsubscribe?
    • Go to your profile, under manage your subscriptions. Choose the subscription you want to cancel. You will then receive a confirmation message of unsubscription, and you can still enjoy the rest of the validity period of your package.
Tournaments
  1. How to enter a tournament?
    • In the tournament section, filter the tournament based on the game you want, and the type of console you prefer. Click to join the tournament and follow the instructions per each tournament.
  2. Is there an entry fee for the tournament?
    • There are no fees or extra charges to enter the tournament. Just make sure you are subscribed to orange play, to browse and join the tournament you want.
  3. Are there prizes for the tournaments?
    • Each tournament contains its own set of prizes with its own set of rules. All information can be found inside each tournamets rules and guidelines.
  4. What are the games that I can play in the tournaments?
    • We have a wide variety of games, played on all different consoles, PUBG mobile, LOL PC, Fifa PS….etc checkout the tournaments page to find the game you want. If you can't find your top game, please send us an email on dccassist.eg@orange.com or fill out the suggestion box, so we can organize a tournament for it
  5. Is there a penalty if I exit the tournament?
    • Unfortunately you cannot forfit from a tournament, if you are registered, your place is already booked, you can choose to not join. So make sure you are free on the tournament date so you can compete and win.
  6. What happens if the internet lags and I lose the match in the tournament?

  7. Can I chat with friends or opponents in the tournament?
    • At the moment you can chat with friends and opponents in game(if the game allows it) and you can also communicate via the appropriate discord channel for the tournament.
  8. Where can I find the tournaments Live streaming?
    • We will be communicating with you the tournaments live streaming dates and times, so your family and friends can watch you play.
  9. Where can I find the finalists announcements and finals dates?
    • Tournaments tables and qualifications will be communicated via the specific discord channel used for the tournament.
  10. What happens if tournament rules and regulations are disobeyed?
    • Unfortunately any action taken against the stated rules and regulations, the player will be disqualified and blacklisted. Checkout the rules and regulations here to get familiar with them.
  11. Where will winners be announced?
    • Winners of the tournaments will appear on the leaderboard section found inside each tournament.
Discord
  1. What is Discord?
    • Discord is an app used as a main channel for communication during the tournament.
  2. How to download Discord?
    • You can download Discord on your phone from Apple Store, or Google play store, you can also install the program on your computer.
  3. Do I log in on discord with the same username and password as Orange Play?
    • Not necessary, you can log in with your already existing discord username or if you don’t have one you can register on the app.
  4. How to add friends on Discord?
    • You can add friends via their email address or if you have their discord user name
E-store
  1. What is the E-store?
    • Orange Play E-Store has all the e-cards for all the games you play, these e-cards allow you to purchase in-game items depending on the game. The E-store also offers e-cards for online stores PS, Apple, Google Play.
  2. Are there promocodes for the E-Store?
    • We do frequently offer promocodes, watch out for Instagram and check orange play regularly to find the promocodes.
  3. How to refund items bought from the E-Store?
    • Please send an email to dccassist.eg@orange.com regarding the card you would like to refund and the reason.
  4. What are the payment options?
    • At the moment you can pay for e-cards by adding to your monthly bill or from your credit or from Orange cash.
  5. Can I exchange items bought from the E-Store?
    • Unfortunately not possible. Therefore make sure to get familiar with the product description before you complete your purchase.
  6. How to open an Orange Cash wallet?
    • Open your Orange Cash wallet in 2 steps to enjoy the best discounts on the e-store:
    1. Visit any Orange shop with only your NID, to fill out the Orange Cash form.
    2. Once you receive the confirmation, your wallet will be instantly activated
  7. How to top up your Orange Cash Wallet

  8. How to buy with Orange Cash
    1. Choose the voucher card
    2. Click on 'Buy Now'

Casual online games
  1. What are casual games?
    • Casual Games are fun light games across different categories. Orange play brings you the top exclusive casual games with no ads in game and no in game purchases.
  2. Are there tournaments for casual games?

  3. Do I have to download the game to play it?
    • Some games can be downloaded on your phone, most games can be played online as well.
Kids
  1. What are Kids Games?
    • Games that have been curated for kids. Kid-friendly games, that are fun, light and educative. Exclusive games selection for your kid's favorite TV Shows and Movies. All games are complete, with no further in app purchases or in game ads.
  2. Does kids' games have to be downloaded?
    • Some games can be downloaded, and games that can be played online.
Profile & Settings
  1. What is 'add to favorites'?
    • Add to Favorites is an Orange Play option so you can save the games that interest you so you can play them later.
  2. Where can I find items I added to my favorites section?
    • You can find your favorite games in your profile section
